We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will play a key role in overseeing and driving the sales strategy of the company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective sales operations. They will work to maximize revenue generation by coordinating resources, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring high standards of customer engagement. The Sales Manager will ensure that sales goals are met on time and within budget, while continuously improving sales processes and performance.

 Duties and Responsibilities

·        Revenue Generation & Sales Targets: Drive individual and team revenue generation through product sales, meeting set targets in alignment with company goals and market trends.

·        Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach Sales Associates with regular feedback sessions on sales growth and customer relationship management to ensure optimal performance.

·        Sales Reviews: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reviews for Sales Associates, providing feedback and actionable recommendations to boost team performance.

·        Sales Goal Setting: Collaborate with the CEO to establish realistic and achievable sales targets and growth goals for the company based on market analysis.

·        Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement targeted plans to ensure consistent revenue growth in the company's products across all channels.

·        Resource Coordination: Ensure proper allocation of company resources to support the sales process and maintain stable sales results.

·        Client Relationship Management: Assist Sales Associates in establishing personal connections with key decision-makers, cultivating long-term client relationships.

·        Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to refine sales strategies that enhance market share across the company’s product lines, adapting to changing market conditions.

·        Market Strategy Guidance: Provide insights on effective market strategies, identifying target markets such as individual clients, groups, and organizations, to attract new clients.

·        CRM Compliance & Updates: Ensure that the Sales Associates maintain an up-to-date CRM system, entering client information accurately and in a timely manner.

·        Sales Documentation: Ensure the timely delivery of sales agreements, receipts, and relevant documents such as title deeds to clients in accordance with company protocols.

·        Staffing & Performance Management: Assist in identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, onboarding new team members, and managing performance in the sales department.

·        Sales Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales performance data on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing feedback and strategic recommendations to management.

·        Marketing Collaboration: Oversee and collaborate with the marketing department to brainstorm new marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

·        Debt Management: Monitor and manage the company’s debt levels, ensuring they remain within realistic and manageable limits.

·        Client Engagement & Negotiation: Guide prospective clients on site visits, assist in negotiations, and work closely with the CEO to develop strategies for offering client discounts.

·        Market Research & Business Development: Conduct research on new business opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and product innovations through surveys, networks, and referrals.

·        Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience, increase satisfaction, and generate referrals.

·        Company Events & Representation: Attend company-sponsored events such as CSR activities, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed to represent the company.

·        Sales Team Motivation & Training: Organize daily sales meetings, providing motivation, training, and inspirational content to ensure the team remains focused and goal-oriented.

·        Legal & Title Deed Coordination: Follow up with the legal department for updates on title deed processing, ensuring timely delivery to clients.

Education and Qualification

·        Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field from a recognized institution.

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales management or leadership role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing teams effectively.

·        Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive team performance and achieve business goals.

 Specific Skills and Experience

·        Sales Leadership & Target Achievement: Ability to lead a sales team, set clear sales goals, and drive the team to meet or exceed targets on a consistent basis.

 

·        Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and implementing strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

 

·        Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies, adapt to market trends, and optimize sales processes to achieve company goals.

 

·        Team Coaching & Development: Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive, high-performance sales culture.
