We are currently seeking hire Sales Associates who will play a key role in guiding clients through our product offerings until the successful execution of a sale. Sales Associates will help drive business growth by identifying and prospecting new clients, conducting market research, and acting as brand ambassadors for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Identify business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
· Meet and exceed sales targets for land sales on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
· Schedule appointments with corporate and individual clients; conduct in-person meetings to present the company’s products or invite clients to AMG Realtors Inc. offices for presentations.
· Conduct product demonstrations, providing clients with detailed information about land locations, benefits, pricing, and available payment methods.
· Guide prospects through the sales process, ensuring follow-up until the completion of the sale and offering after-sales support.
· Conduct market research and explore innovative ways to attract new clients; identify relevant communities and organizations within the U.S. and proactively engage with them to offer product demonstrations.
· Track and record all sales leads and communications in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
· Coordinate and oversee site visits for clients, ensuring your presence during visits to various company projects.
· Handle client inquiries and correspondence via email, phone, or in person.
· Follow up on payments from clients you have sourced, ensuring timely debt collection.
· Foster strong relationships with clients by providing continuous support, information, and guidance.
· Generate detailed reports summarizing sales plans, challenges, and achievements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Education and Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
· We encourage individuals with a background in public relations or mass communication, and a strong passion for sales, to apply.
