We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager who will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects from initiation to successful completion. The Project Manager will drive project success by coordinating resources, managing timelines and ensuring quality standards. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

·        Oversee all value-added aspects of the projects, including fencing, gate fixtures, borehole drilling, electrical installations, construction of access roads, and more. 

·        Serve as a liaison between AMG Realtors Inc. offices and local County Recorder's Offices for property transactions and land acquisition processes.

·        Ensure the security and safety of assets within the property, working in collaboration with contracted security agencies at various locations.

·        Create and maintain detailed project reports, tracking project progress, quality, and outcomes, and provide regular updates directly to the CEO.

·        Manage and supervise contracted staff assigned to various projects for the company.

·        Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track the execution and progress of all active projects.

·        Prepare project budgets and financial forecasts.

·        Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the seamless execution of all company projects.

·        Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget.

·        Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

·        Use appropriate approval processes to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

·        Evaluate and measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques, assessing both quality control and actual costs versus budget.

·        Report and escalate project challenges to the CEO as needed.

·        Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks while ensuring safety throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.

·        Oversee and ensure compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures for projects.

·        Provide timely solutions to problems that arise during project execution, ensuring quick implementation and minimal delays.

 Education and Qualification

·        Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.

·        At least 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Clerk of Works in the construction or real estate industry.

·        Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and project management software.

·        Professional membership from a recognized industry body will be an added advantage.

 Specific Skills and Experience

·       Project Oversight & Quality Control: Ability to assess and ensure the quality of work, materials, and contractor performance on-site, while maintaining compliance with specifications and regulations.

·       Construction Inspection & Documentation: Skilled in inspecting construction work, comparing it to plans, and documenting progress through photos, measurements, and samples.

·       Problem-Solving & Defect Resolution: Expertise in identifying defects and implementing corrective actions to ensure project quality.

·       Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to liaise with contractors, engineers, and surveyors to ensure effective project execution and timely reporting to architects and management.

·       Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership skills, with a focus on executing projects according to standards, and a coachable attitude that fosters teamwork. 

·       Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, for managing project data, progress, and reporting.
