We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations while leading and supporting the company's marketing efforts. This hybrid role will ensure smooth office functioning and drive successful marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility, promote our products and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent administrative skills, a strong marketing background, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure efficient operations.

 

 Duties and Responsibilities

 Administrative Duties:

·        Visitor and Client Relations: Welcome and greet visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel and ensuring a positive experience. 

·        Communication: Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, ensuring accurate message relay and proper call routing.

·        Office Operations: Oversee the replenishment of office supplies and consumables, ensure the office is maintained and tidy, and assist with office clearance as needed.

·        Correspondence Management: Dispatch and receive correspondences, ensuring proper documentation and organization of incoming/outgoing items.

·        Log Maintenance: Maintain daily logs of visitors, complaints, work orders, and any other relevant office or operational activities.

·        Support Staff: Provide administrative support to staff and assist with organizing company-related activities and events.

·        Reporting: Assist with preparing weekly site reports, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient handling of expenses.

 

Marketing Duties

·        Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve company objectives, ensuring growth across platforms and expanding the U.S market. 

·        Brand Positioning: Promote the company’s brand and market presence, particularly within the relevant communities through strategic marketing.

·        Content Creation & Media Relations: Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials to support the company’s promotional activities.

·        Marketing Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including sales generation and ROI analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly.

·       Event Management: Organize and execute company events, partnerships, and public relations activities in alignment with the marketing calendar.

·        Customer Engagement: Oversee the company’s loyalty programs, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and promoting customer retention strategies.

·        Data & Research: Coordinate market research and analyze trends to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.

 Education and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration and marketing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.

    Specific Skills and Experience

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.

·        Creativity and strategic thinking in developing marketing campaigns.

 

·        Ability to analyze marketing data, track performance, and generate insightful reports.

 

·        Event planning and brand management experience.

 

·        Leadership skills to manage a diverse team and provide mentorship.
